An array of Hollywood stars turned out to see Radiohead perform their Haiti charity gig in Los Angeles.
Tickets for the intimate Music Box Theater show were only available to the highest bidders via an online auction with all proceeds going to the relief fund in the eartquake hit nation.

Even though most sources have reported that Tom Hardy will play Max Rockatansky and Charlize Theron will play the female lead in “Mad Max 4: Fury Road,” you’ll have trouble finding a statement by director George Miller that confirms that.
It doesn’t make sense that Hardy would even be cast as the lead, since Miller has said many times that he wants an Australian actor for role of Max. Plus, Mel Gibson himself is now rumored to reprise his old role.

Charlize Theron says she’s ready to become a mother.
The actress’ obsession with motherhood kick-started when she played an expectant mum in her new movie The Road.
“I know I’m ready for that phase of my life,” the Daily Telegraph quoted Theron as saying.
“I’m reaching the point where I would love to be a mom. I know I want to raise a big family, and it’s just a question of time now.
“I’ve been blessed in having an incredibly strong and supportive mother, who has been my guide in life.
“She’s always been there when I’ve needed her – and there have been many times when I’ve needed her to be there for me,” she added.
Hollywood beauty Charlize Theron has claimed that she looks like the woman from her film ‘Monster’ when she wakes up every morning.
“When I wake up, I look like the woman in ‘Monster’,” the South African stunner told Look magazine in an interview.
The 34-year-old actress had bagged an Oscar for her role in 2003 film.

Actress Charlize Theron has said that she would ‘love’ to be involved in a sequel to The Italian Job remake.
The 34-year-old played the role of Stella in the 2003 flick, which also starred Mark Wahlberg and Donald Sutherland.
There have been rumours of a sequel but Theron said there are no definite plans but she hopes it still goes ahead.
Talking about news of a sequel, she said to UK newspaper Daily Mirror: ‘I have no idea. I hope it happens soon. They’ve been trying to get a script ready for eight years now and I would love to get involved. But I have no control over that process. If it happens they know that I want to be on board again.’

The no-nonsense beauty did not bother to dress up or don make-up when she was spotted at Barneys in Los Angeles.
Theron, 34, and mum Gerda checked out shoes in a low-key visit, during which observers noted the Oscar winner’s serious demeanour.
Theron has expressed concern with the celebrity culture she believes is overtaking acting. She earlier said: ‘Somewhere along the line we forgot what actors do. All of a sudden, somehow, the fashion industry crept into the movie industry. Celebrity has really taken over and overshadowed what actors do. Actors aren’t supposed to be beautiful, actors are supposed to tell human stories, but that kind of got lost.’
Theron has a long-term partner who she keeps well out of the limelight. She was born in South Africa.

Oscar winning actress Charlize Theron blasted a journalist for taking a photo of her, The Star newspaper reports.
The paper reports that Theron approached journalist Marie Strachan and told her she was “very upset” she had taken photos of her during the event. Then the camera was taken and the images deleted.
Theron was attending a function at Silethukukhanya Secondary School, in the Dukuduku Forest near St Lucia.
The paper reports that there had been a request by Theron that no photos be taken, however a number of people pulled out their cameras and cellphones to take pictures.

Theron, who won a best actress Oscar for playing a serial killer in the 2003 movie “Monster”, will be joint host of the 90-minute show to be televised live to an estimated global audience of more than two hundred million people in 200 countries.
She will join FIFA general secretary Jerome Valcke to host the procedure of placing the 32 national finalists into eight groups of four teams for the 2010 tournament which runs from June 11 to July 11.
The show will include an African musical spectacular, including gospel and jazz.
A host of sporting celebrities will also take part in the draw including Ethiopia’s Olympic champion runner Haile Gebrselassie, England midfielder David Beckham, South African soccer player Matthew Booth and cricketer Makhaya Ntini and the host country’s rugby World Cup captain John Smit.
South African president Jacob Zuma will be in the audience along with Nobel Peace prize winners Frederik de Klerk and Archbishop Desmond Tutu.
